Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg

Excellent hotel in superb location. Hotel is on a quiet street (Boissy d'Anglas) that cannot be accessed by car without authorization as it neighbors the US Embassy and the Elysée Palace (official residence of the President of France ). The cross street (Faubourg St-Honoré) is iconic from a shopping point of view (among others, Hermes' flagship store as well as numerous other luxury brands such as Cartier, Chanel, Dior, Lanvin, Alaia, Goyard, Loewe, just to name a few, are a stone's throw away). Hotel is only minutes away by foot from prime sightseeing spots (Place de la Concorde, 2 min. away; Place Vendome, 2 minutes away; Jardins des Tuileries/Louvre, 15 minutes away; Invalides, 15 minutes away; Champs Elysée and Arc de Triomphe, 15 minutes away). There is also a metro station as well as a taxi stand conveniently located right by the hotel. A wide array of fantastic cafés, bistros, bakeries and restaurants are all within minutes by foot. The staff was lovely and very responsive at all times. The breakfast was wonderful and my family very much appreciated that in addition to the buffet, there were a number of excellent à la carte options at no additional cost. The room we stayed in (Junior Suite) was very enjoyable thanks to high ceilings, a walk-in closet and an incredibly comfortable bed. We were especially grateful for the attention paid to my 9 year old son upon arrival (a Le Petit Prince stuffed animal as well as Petit Prince toiletries and slippers were placed in the room for him).

We loved the elegant Parisian charm of Sofitel Paris La Faubourg. The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of the city, just steps away from major attractions like the Champs-Élysées and luxury shopping areas. The interior design is chic and sophisticated, with a fashion-inspired touch that reflects the spirit of Paris. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The room was beautifully designed, with luxurious bedding, great amenities, and thoughtful details that enhanced our comfort. The hotel’s restaurant and bar were also standout features, offering delicious food in a stylish setting.

Good safe location near American embassy. Reception Concierge Bell, Guest relation staff were helpful, friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and quick to assist. Stayed 3 nights.

I loved to staff, they were very helpful and friendly. Exceptional attention and enthusiasm were rewarded. Breakfast was served nicely and with a great selection.

The hotel isn't as "grand" as other palace like 5 star hotels in Paris. But it does the job wonderfully and does meet the 5 star expectation. The venue is clean, our room was spacious and we did not at all feel squished. We were 2 adults and a child with 4 large suitcases. The bathroom amenities were good. The Dyson hairdryer was the cherry on top. The location of the hotel is perfect! You're so close to everything but far away from the city noise.
