Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg

The hotel isn't as "grand" as other palace like 5 star hotels in Paris. But it does the job wonderfully and does meet the 5 star expectation. The venue is clean, our room was spacious and we did not at all feel squished. We were 2 adults and a child with 4 large suitcases. The bathroom amenities were good. The Dyson hairdryer was the cherry on top. The location of the hotel is perfect! You're so close to everything but far away from the city noise.

The hotel is beautiful, in an amazing location! The staff were exceptional - even before we arrived, they were reaching out to ask if they could help with anything and were super responsive. My child had an ear infection before we arrived and they helped us to have a doctor come to our room within 30m of checking in. They were incredibly polite and professional - from the front desk and the concierge staff, to the room service and housekeeping staff. It was an excellent experience all around.

Amazing location. Near shops, restaurants and museums. Best beds and bedding I've slept in at a hotel in a long while. Service was great, as well as room service. I also liked the Balmain toiletries.

The hotel is in a strategic position, it is very easy to reach most of the touristic attractions on feet or by underground. The area is just amazing. The staff is kind and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Altogether it was a great experience and we would like to be back again.
